Ardhkuwari is a cave temple situated in katra at an altitute of 4800 feet,it is the half way point of the mata vaishno devi, as it is situated at a distance of nearly 6 km from katra, a holy cave as well.
Nau-Devi-Temple is popular tourist attraction. There are 9 "pind"(9 Devis)(goddesses) which are incarnations of goddess durga namely shaiapurti devi,Bharmachirini,Chandraghanta, kushmanda,shanda mata, Katyayani, Maha Kali, Maha Gauri and Siddhidatri. surrounding areas of the nau devi temple are very clean and green.
SHRI VESHNO DEVI TEMPLE and vaishno devi bhavan
is a hindu temple dedicated to goddess vaishno devi , one of the major forms of the supreme goddess lakshmi devi . IT is located in katra, reasi on the slopes of trikuta hills. THE temple is governed by the shri mata vaishno devi shrine board( smvdsb), chaired by the government of jammu and kashmir in august 1986.
