London is the capital city of england and the united kindom, with a population of 14.8millon, and the largest city in westem europe by metropolitan area, with a population of 14.8million. The city of london, its ancient core and financial centre, was founded by the romans as londinium and retains its medieval boundaries. The name "London" refers to the metropolies around this core, it split among the countries of middlesex,surrey, essex, kent and hertfordshire.One of the world's major global citites,london exerts strong influence on entertainment, world art, finance &commerce, healthcare education, science, technology and Media,Transport, tourism & communications.One of the major financial centres in the world.



It is home to some of the highest- ranked academic insitution in the world-- imperial college london in natural  and applied sciences, the london school of economics in social sciences, and the comprehensive university college london.


The bridge is 800 feet (240 m) in length and consists of two 213-foot (65m) bridge towers connected at the upper level by two horizontal walkways, and a central pair of bascules that can open to allow shipping. The bridge is part of the london inner ring road and thus the boundary of the london congestion charge zone, and remains an importaint traffic route with 40,000 crossings every day.

Tower of London

It played a prominent role in English history. It was beslieged several times & controlling,important to coutrolling the country. Home of the royal Mint, a public record office, and the crown jewels of England. The constable of the tower is incharge of the castle in the absence of the mounarch.

Battersea park is situated in london, just a couple of miles south of marble arch. The most obvious wildlife in

RAJSTHAN


           RAJASTHAN

On 30 March 1949 the rajasthan state was formed. The states of the rajputana agency of the time of british empore were merged into the new india union. Jaipur is the largest city other cities are kota, bimaner, jodhpur, ajmer,bharatpur,and udaipur.The name Rajasthan appears in  1829 with antiquites of Rajasthan or the western and central rajpoot states of India.The record of rajputana as the name is george thoma's 1800 memoir military memories.


History

 Kalibangan

It is  in hanumangarh district, was a major provincial capital of the indus valley civilzation. A archaeological excavation at the  site in udaipur district shows a settlement contemporary with the harrapan civilisation dating back to 3000-1500 BCE. THE mastsya kingdom of the vedic civilisation of jaipur in rajasthan and included the whole of alwar with portions of bharatpur. Bhargava identifies the two districts of jhunjhunu and sikar and parts of jaipur district along with haryana districts of mahendragarh and rewari as part of vedic state of brahmavarta

        UDAIPUR

Udaipur is situated in the sourthern region of rajasthan near border of Gujrat border,From the southwest of the state capital-Jaipur,250km(155Miles) from ahmedabad.lakes lies in udaipur with south slope of the aravalli range in Rajasthan.Its southern part is covered with dense forest,rocks and hills.saoke and desuri nal serves link between tudaipur and jodpur district.The 3 main lakes upper catchment area, with municipal boundary 6 lakes and 1 lake in the downstream.The berach basin is the part of the river gangetic system. and which meets ganga river through banas, chambal and yamuna river.

The capital of marwar was jodpur which is a part of Rajasthan now. A popular tourist destination featured by forts, palaces, temples. The outside wall was expanded greatly through the past several decades.It's state  makes a convenient base for travel and the region frequented visited by tourist. "jodh" represents rao jodha and "pur" means town or city, that way it makes jodhpur

The world brazil likely comes portuguese world for brazilwood. In portuguese brazilwood is called pau-brasi was the word brasil commonly given the etmology " red like an ember. The official portuguese name of the land, in original portuguese records, was the land of the holy cross' ( terra da santa cruz).

A hindu temple and spiritual cultural campus in Delhi is Akshardham by Narayan.In new jersey is the world's second largest hindu temple followed as Akshardham officially opened on 6 November 2005.Akshardham means the abode of swaminarayan, temporal home of God on Earth believed by followers


The akshardham mandir is the main attraction.It is carved with flora, fauna, dancers, musicians and deities.The construction of this is of pink sandstone and itallan carrara marble.148 life sized elephants are in mindir which weight 3000 tons.The Hall of value display incidents from swaminarayan's life.40-min film specially commissioned for the complex,neelkanth yatra. A 7-year pilgrimage made by swaminarayan made during his teenage years throughout india.

Structure
It stands on 7 beautifully sculpted pillars,210 stonebeams with single-piece,there are 57 window grills, 17 domes, 8 zarokhas. It contains the sanstum of 1.2-tonnes gold-plated idol of Lord swaminarayan-the founder.

It consists of 97 carved pillars,220 stone beams, 17 ornate domes,3 porticos, 57 stone screens & 256 statues of spritual personalities in Hinduism.Its height is 108 feet, 131 feet width and 240 feet long.

kalkaji mandir

 

Kalkaji Mandir is dedicated to goddess kali. Situated in southern delhi in kalkaji opposite to nehru place and close to okhla railway station.It is the older mandir constructed nearly 1764 AD by the marathas with additions in 1816 by mirza raja kidar nath, the peshkar of akbar.
 THE temple itself is built on the land of shmlat thok brahmins consist of four thullas, namely thulla  tansukh, thulla rambakesh, thulla bahadur, and thok jogians who are also the pujari's of the temple and who perform puja sewa. ersillions of year ago, the gods who dwelt in the neighbourhood of the present temple were of all. It is believed that the goddess kalkaji, pleased with the prayers offered and rituals performed by the gods on the advice of  lord brahma, the mahabharata, lord krishna and the pandavas are said to have worshipped kali at this temple during the reign of yudhisthira. THE temple itself is believed to have worshipped kali at this temple during the reign of yudhisthira. It is called jayanti peetha or manokamna siddha peetha." manokamna" literally means desire," siddha" means fullfillment, and" peetha"  means shrine. THE temple complex, as it stands today, is constructed of brick masonry, finished with plaster and marble, and is surrounded by a pyramidal tower. The Main chamber which is 12 sided, 24 feet across,with a doorway in every side.It is paved with marble and is surrounded by a verandah 8" 9" and in 36 arched openings or exterior doorways
