Taj Mahal is a tomb in India. Its chief architech was ustad Ahmed Lahauri. It is situated in Uttar pradesh, city of Agra. Unesco's world heritage site listed Taj Mahal situated on bank of river yamuna. This building was originally in white. India was ruled over by the mughal empire except the south shah jahan was a mughal emperor who come into power around 1628.India's biggest tourist attractions.

Mumtaz mahel-Jewel of the Palace was shah jahan's third wife she become ill while giving birth to their 14th child died on 17june 1631 in 1657, shah jahan fell ill. he died in captivity in 1666.  HIS tomb was placed besides mumtaz mahal's. To move building material More than 20,000 people were used. IT  is generally throught that ustad ahmad lahauri was in charge of the  construction . the building was  completed in 1648.  There were  2 million visitors in 2001 in 2014-2017 there were more than 7-8 million visitors. THE taj mahal is the most beautiful buildings ever built however, IT is slowly being damaged by acid rain in the near by yamuna basin. Industry harmful chemical is effecting Taj Mahal. So court setup an area of 10400 square meters around the Taj Mahal  called the Taj Trapezium Zone. In this zone industries must use natural gas instead of Coal. Tomb is the central focus of the entire complex of the Taj. It is a large, white marble structure standing on a square pinth and consists of a symmetical building with an Iwan topped by a large dome and finial.

THE india gate ( formerly known as all india war memorial) is a war memorial located near the kartavya path on the eastem edge of the" ceremonial axis" of new delhi, formerly called rajpath. It stands as a memorial to 84,000 soldiers of the indian army who died between 1914 and 1921 in the first world war, in france, flanders, mesopotamia, persia east africa, gallipoli and elsewhere in the near and the far east, and the third anglo -afghan war. Designed by sir edwin lutyens, the architectural style of the ancient roman triumphal arches such as the arch of constantine in rome, and later memorial arches: THIS structure, called amar jawan jyoti( flame of the immortal soldier), has since 1971 served as indian's  tomb of the unknown soldier. THE prime minister visits the gate to pay their tributees to the amar jawan jyoti , following which the republice day parade starts. INDIA gate is often a location for civil socity protests, and is popular with tourists THE india gate was part of the work of the imperial war graves commision(iwgc), which come into existence in december 1917 under the british rule for building war graves and memorials to soldiers who were killed in the first world war. ALL india war memorial, was laid on 10 february 1921, at 16:30, by the visiting duke of connaughht in a ceremony attended by officers and men of the imperial indian army, imperial service troops, the commander in chief, and chelmsford, the viceroy is reported to have said. THE gate, which is illuminated every evening from 19:00 to 21:30, today serves as one of delhi's most important tourist attractions. cars used to travel through the gate until it was closed to traffic. In 2017, the india gate was twinned with the arch of remembrance in leicester, england another lutyens was memorial, following a very similar design but on a smaller scale.

A historic fort in old Delhi neighbourhood of Delhi,is the main residence of Mugal Emperors, Shah jahan decided to make a fort in Delhi on 12 May 1639 and decided to shift his capital from agra to DelhiTHE fort represents the peak in the mughal architecture under shsh jahan and combines persian palace architecture with indian traditions.Its artwork and jewels was plundered during shah's invasion in 1739 Marble structures were subsequently demolisheed by the british following the indian rebellion of 1857. ON 15 august 1947, the first prime minister of india, jawaharlal nehru, raised the indian flag above the lahori gate. EVERY year on india's independence flag at the fort's main gate and delivers a nationally broadcast speech from its ramparts through the public address system of indian army corps of signals. Emperor shah jahan commissioned construction of the red fort on 12 may 1638, when he decided to shift his capital from agra to delhi. THE fort lies along the yamuna river, which fed the moats surrounding most of the walls. construction began in the sacred islamic month of muharram, on 13may 1638. Supervised by shah jahan, it was completed on 6 april 1648. THE fortress-palace was a focal point of city of shahjahanabad, which is present-day old delhi. THE administrative and fiscal structure of the mughal dynasty declined after aurangzeb, and the 18th century saw a degeneration of the palace. IN 1712 jahandar shah became the mughal emperon within a year of  beginning his rule, shah was murdered and replaced by farrukhsiyar. Nadir shah returned to persia-after three months,leaving a destroyed city and a weakened mughal empire to muhammad shah. IN 1783 sikh misls led by jassa singh ahluwalia, jassa singh ramgarhia, and baghal singh conquered delhi and the red fort. ALL allied with a 40,000 force, looted the area from awadh to jodhpur.

There is tremendous industry growth due to water park resorts in vacation.Hotels resort usually have indore water parks that are often reserved exclusively for overnight guests. Great wolf/great wolf lodge and kalahari resorts have made new location around the country. water play areas similar to water park and include urban beaches, splash pads , and smaller collection of waterslides.

GIR SOMNATH IN GUJARAT

Famous jyotirlingas in india somnath is regarded as the first among the twele aadi jyotirlingas .Somnath temple architecture is like chalukya style, lord shiva is believed to have shrine as a sizzlilng column of light.It is said that  moon married 27 daughters of dakshine prajapati.Except one rohini all his wives neglect him so he worshiped lord shiva.The almighty granted his wish and resided here as somnath eternally locted in kathiawad region. It was destroyed and rebuilt almost sixteen times.

Somnath temple comes on the top of 12 jyotrilingas and this is one of the key landmark for travellers in gujarat.

THE famous light and sound show" joy somnath takes place every day between 8 to 9

 in the evening.

ACCORDING to shaiva legend from the shiva purana, once,brahma ( the god of creation) vishnu ( the god of preservation) had an argument over their supremacy. brahma and vishnu decided to ascend and descend across apillar of light respectively, to find the end of the light in either direction. Brahma lied that he had discovered the end of the light, producing a ketaki flower as proof, while vishnu admitted that he could not find the end of the light from his journey. THE dishonestyof brahma angered shiva, causing him to  gurse the creator deity that he would not be worshippedOut of 64 jyotirlingas 12 are considered to be very auspicious and holy.

 . THE dwadash jyotirlinga pilgrimage begins with the somnath temple .that was  destroyed and re-built sixteen times, is held in reverence throughout india and is rich in legend , tradition , and history. IT is located at prabhas patan, veraval in saurashtra region of gujarat state in western india
